Julien Restaurant Entrance

Entering Julien is like entering one beautiful illusion. Time has stopped here, in 1901, when brasserie was opened for the first time, and Art Nouveau, natural art style, was just created.

Julien braserie Description

To have more light, large mirrors are installed on the walls of the room.
Everything is decorated, till the very last detail, with scenes from nature, celebrating spring.

Many celebrities choose this restaurant for they visit to Paris, so don’t be surprised if you see Angelina Jolie, while having your New Year’s Eve dinner.

Cuisine in Julien is typically strong French, with few light notes, and full of freshness.

Ultimate specialty of the house is dessert, Profiteroles with warm Grand Vintage Valrhona chocolate.

But before that let yourself enjoy Festins Duck foie gras with apple/prune/hazelnut chutney and brioche bread, light meal, especially if you’re planning to go out after the New Year’s Eve dinner to wait for midnight on the streets of Paris.

Also very nice taste has Filets of sea bass with fresh spinach and mushrooms casserole in Noilly Prat sauce, satisfying your appetite but not making you too full.
