Au Vieux Panier Description

The idea behind it was to renovate old Marseille’s building and transform it into a hotel with 5 rooms, each designed by different contemporary artist.
Yet, to make it more interesting, they change décor in rooms, every year.
Each year, hotel invites artists to give their ideas, create project and decorate one room of this modern hotel. Artist, who gets to have his project put to life, will have room named by him for the next year. Owners of hotel encourage people with interesting, modern, and innovative ideas to leave their mark in the history of the hotel.

As for guests, they have opportunity to enjoy this art by living in it for night, two or more. There two Medium rooms, one Large and one Extra Large, and one suite. Terrace on the top of the building stays always the same and has great view on the city. It is great place for leisure time, having morning coffee or evening drink while watching the city or just relaxing on the sun.
