There is nothing usual about Terminus Nord. Mix of two styles tell story, almost century old. Art Deco is presented by posters, chandeliers, and wall lights which decorate dinning room, while Art Nouveau brought its floral designs, mosaics and glasswork in small lounge at the end of the restaurant.

Entering Julien is like entering one beautiful illusion. Time has stopped here, in 1901, when brasserie was opened for the first time, and Art Nouveau, natural art style, was just created.

From the Twenties when it was first opened, this restaurant attracted artists, writers, musician and designers to gather here. Pure soul of it came out when culinary arts were joined by the music of Jazz.
It changed its location several times, until it settled near Champs Elysées in its mixed style of Art Deco and simple modern look.

There was once a theatre in Paris, called Le Vaudeville and next to it a small café where famous artists went after a successful show.
Today that small café transformed itself and took over theatre building and became beautiful brasserie.
They’ve kept the same name in honor of the theatre.
